Vineyard’s name: In the Etruscan zone of Belora in municipality of Riparbella.
Position/type of soil: 50-100 mt. above sea level. Red Mediterranean soil and pliocene sands.
Grape variety: 100% Merlot.
Harvest: Field selection and harvesting of the grapes by hand.
Alcohol content: 13,5%.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Aging/refining: Malolactic fermentation and aging in cement vats. At least 2 months in bottles.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml.
Food and wine pairing: Starters, cured meats, pasta dishes, red meats and semi-mature cheeses (3 months).
