Winemaking process: Accurate manual selection of the grapes , and fermentation 50% in French oak barriques and 50% in amphora.
Aging/ Refining: 50% in French oak barriques and 50% in amphora where remains in refining on his lees 7 months . Assembled before
bottling. At least 12 months in bottles.
