Vineyard location/Type of soil: 100-150 mt above sea level. Red Mediterranean soil with Pliocene sands.
Grape variety: Sangiovese, Syrah and Merlot.
Alcohol content: 12,5%.
Grape Harvest: By hands with a careful selection.
Winemaking process: Manual selection of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Refining/Aging: 5 months in natural concrete vats. At least 12 months in bottle.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml
Food and wine paring: Charcuterie, first courses with meat sauce. Grilled meats and Semi-aged cheeses (3 months).
