Alcohol content: 12,5%.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Aging: 5 months in stainless steel vats and at least 2 months in bottles.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml.
Food and wine pairing: Starters and any kind of fish dishes.
