Vinification: 12 hours maceration, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a low temperature.
Aging: 5 months in stainless steel vats and at least 3 months in bottles.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml.
Food and wine pairing: Starters and mixed crostini, pasta with meat, fish or tomato sauces, cacciucco, Livornese mullet, white meats and grilled vegetables.
