Vineyard’s name: In the Etruscan zone of Belora in municipality of Riparbella Position and type of soil: 50-100 m above sea level. Red and mediterranean pliocene sands.
Grape variety: 70% Sangiovese e 30% Cabernet.
Harvest: Grapes are selected in the vineyard and hand harvested in crates.
Alcohol content: 12,5%.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Aging: 4 months in stainless steel vats and at least 2 months in bottles.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml.
Food and wine pairing: Any kind of meat dishes, semi-mature cheeses.
